How our agency is handling COVID-19 and how this will affect you

The health and safety of our employees, clients & agency partners is our sole priority. We are implementing the following steps recommended by the CDC in an effort to slow the spread of the virus. Currently, our office is still operating under normal business hours to service your insurance & mortgage needs via phone, e-signature, text, email or fax. 

Beginning Monday, March 23rd, our office will no longer be accessible for in-office appointments or transactions. And while we understand the inconvenience this may cause, we are still here for you. Please call us at 828-322-6510 and we will work to help you with whatever concerns you may have. 

Our agency’s state of the art technology will allow us to be there for you, our clients, even if our physical office is temporarily shut down. Just know that we are only a phone call away and as always, we will provide you with “peace of mind” for all of your insurance needs during this unprecedented time.

Please take the necessary precautions as stated by the CDC to keep you, your family, friends and neighbors safe. We look forward to getting through all of this together.
